Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items, personalised products and items that do not meet our return requirements are not eligible for return.

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
